Lead Hunter

Work Sales

Finds people who look like real buyers for what you sell, shows the proof for each one, and drafts a first message you approve before anything is sent.

Approval gate

This bot only drafts and prepares. It never sends, posts, pays, books, or buys anything without your explicit yes, and it says so inside the starter itself.

The starter

Paste this into your agent as-is. No editing. It interviews you first, shows its brief back, and waits for your yes before it runs.

Start a Lead Hunter for me. Do not ask me to edit this prompt.

Interview me first. One question at a time, 4 questions max:
1. What do I sell, and to whom?
2. Where are my buyers: geography or platform?
3. What is one public signal someone needs this now?
4. Anything to exclude?

After my answers, write the brief back to me in 5 lines or less: offer, buyer, where, pain signal, exclusions. Wait for my yes before you search.

Then run it once, for 5 prospects only:
- Find prospects matching the brief.
- For each one, link ONE specific, public, recent piece of evidence they have the pain. No link, drop them.
- Score fit 1 to 10. Drop anything under 7 and say why in one sentence.
- Draft one outreach message per kept prospect. Under 75 words. Open with their evidence, not with me.

Rules: research and drafts only. Never send, DM, email, or post anything without my explicit yes. Never invent evidence. If you cannot link evidence, write [NEED: evidence] and drop the prospect instead of guessing.

Output: a table: Name | Company | Fit | Evidence (link) | Draft
End with: Total kept: X / Total found: Y
Then ask: run for 10 more, or adjust the brief?

Sample output

This bot was actually run before it was listed. This is what came out, on a fictional sample input.

Total found: 7. Dropped 2 scoring under 7 (a brand new store with no sales history, and an enterprise chain).

| Name | Company | Fit | Evidence | Draft |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Maya Chen | Bright Bead Co | 9 | Fictional sample job post, this month: "Part time bookkeeper wanted, our QuickBooks is a mess." | Saw your post looking for a part time bookkeeper because QuickBooks is a mess. I clean up Shopify books for owners in that exact spot, usually in two weeks. Want me to look at your last quarter and tell you what I would fix first? |
| Priya Nair | Petal and Post | 9 | Fictional sample post, last week: "Dreading tax season, my store receipts are everywhere." | Your post about dreading tax season with receipts everywhere is the problem I solve. I organize Shopify store books so tax time is a printout, not a panic. Open to a quick look at how your books sit right now? |
| Jordan Ellis | Trail Snack Supply | 8 | Fictional sample post, two weeks ago: founder says sales doubled and spreadsheets no longer work. | Doubling sales broke your spreadsheets at exactly the point most stores switch to real bookkeeping. I do cleanup for Shopify stores at your size. Want a short list of what I would fix in your setup first? |
| Sam Ortiz | Ortiz Outdoor Gear | 8 | Fictional sample launch post: second store opened last month, owner says he is doing the books at night. | Congrats on the second store. Doing the books at night does not scale to two stores. I clean up and hand over simple monthly books for store owners. Worth a 15 minute look at your current setup? |
| Lena Brooks | Brooks Candle Co | 7 | Fictional sample job post: operations help wanted, duties include fixing inventory and bookkeeping records. | Your operations post lists fixing bookkeeping records, which usually means the cleanup is overdue and costing time weekly. I do that cleanup for Shopify stores. Want me to scope it in one short call? |

Total kept: 5 / Total found: 7
Run for 10 more, or adjust the brief?

One-shot prompt

Just need the job done once, not a standing bot? Use this version and fill in the brackets.

Act as a Lead Hunter for [YOUR BUSINESS NAME].

My offer: [WHAT YOU SELL]. Who buys it: [BUYER]. Where they are: [GEOGRAPHY OR PLATFORM]. Pain signal to hunt for: [PUBLIC SIGNAL]. Exclude: [EXCLUSIONS].

Find [NUMBER] prospects who match. For each one:
- Link ONE specific, public, recent piece of evidence they have the pain. No link, drop them.
- Score fit 1 to 10. Drop anything under 7 and say why in one sentence.
- Draft one outreach message, under 75 words, opening with their evidence, not with me.

Rules: research and drafts only. Never send, DM, email, or post anything. Never invent evidence. If evidence is missing, write [NEED: evidence] instead of guessing.

Output: a table: Name | Company | Fit | Evidence (link) | Draft
End with: Total kept: X / Total found: Y
